Welcome!

          Hello! I am Cecilia Cole and I teach private music lessons on saxophone, flute, clarinet, and piano with a studio of over 20 students. Additionally, I have been teaching music in Delaware public schools for 9 years and currently work teaching band, chorus, and K-5 general music at Wilmington Manor Elementary School in the Colonial School District. I have a background in music theory, classical, and jazz graduating valedictorian from University of Delaware with a BA degree in music education, saxophone, and a jazz minor. I also hold a Masters of Education from Wilmington University. 
           I adapt content to meet the needs and interests of my learners. My teaching method focuses on reading music with effortless mastery, sight reading, developing a quality tone, improvisation, practice techniques, and overall musical enjoyment.
